Annual Maintenance Coverage
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled cleaning, torque checks, connection inspection, string performance testing. Twice annually minimum.
Real-Time Monitoring
Generation data tracked daily on our monitoring platform. Alerts triggered for any underperformance.
Inverter Servicing
Firmware updates, cooling system checks, error log review, and replacement under warranty management.
Structural Inspection
Mounting structure integrity check, fastener tightening, anti-corrosion treatment for coastal or humid sites.
Panel Cleaning
Dry and wet cleaning schedules customised to your site dust levels and generation impact.
Performance Reporting
Periodic generation reports with CUF analysis, PR ratio, and deviation explanation.
Generation Guarantees
Tier-1 modules carry manufacturer performance and product warranties on every plant we commission. Every O&M contract is a written agreement with a minimum generation commitment based on commissioned capacity and location-specific irradiance data. If your plant underperforms, we investigate and remediate within 48 hours.
